Sri Lanka – 2012

SWYoga has just returned from a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka where we stayed at the wonderful Thambapanni Retreat in Unawatuna, near Galle. With a world heritage site and one of the top 10 beaches in the world on our doorstep, we were spoilt for choice. Wonderful warm weather for Yoga making all postures a little easier to achieve than usual. A fabulous group and lots of fun – Ayubowen and thank you to you all who came with Lucy!
